For personal brands, agencies and ecommerce

You already know your system is broken. We rebuild it - so it runs without you

Leads nobody followed up. Tools that disagree with each other. Ten hours of your week gone to work that shouldn't need you. We build the CRM, the automations and the reporting that put an end to it - then hand you the keys.

The problem

You don't have four problems. You have one.

These are the four things owners describe to us most often. They look like separate fires. They aren't.

  • 63%

of companies never reply to a new lead at all

    Leads arrive and quietly die

They come in, nobody works them properly, and you find out weeks later when the pipeline looks thin. Half of the ones that do get a reply are never contacted a second time.

  • 47 hrs

    average time to first response

Whoever answers first wins - and it isn't you

Nearly four in five buyers go with the company that responds first. Not the best one, not the cheapest one. Fewer than one in a thousand manage to answer inside five minutes.

  • 10-20 hrs

a week owners lose to admin and operations

    You are the bottleneck

Half your week disappears into work that doesn't need you, and the moment you step away something slips. So you never really step away.

  • 70%

are producing more with the same team or fewer

    More work, same people

Volume keeps climbing while headcount doesn't. Every new client, order or campaign lands on the same team, and the manual work scales right along with it.

Industry figures, 2026. Sources: lead-response and speed-to-lead benchmark studies, small-business admin-time research, agency resourcing surveys.

All four are the same failure wearing different clothes: the business runs on someone's attention instead of on a system.

Attention runs out. It takes holidays, it gets busy, it forgets. A system doesn't. That is the whole of what we do - we replace the parts of your business that depend on somebody remembering.

What we do

Everything we build does one of three things.

Whatever is pulling you back into operations, we take it. In practice it almost always looks like one of these three.

01

Nothing slips

Before

Enquiries sat in a queue until somebody got round to them - often hours. Most had already spoken to a competitor.

After

Every lead is routed to an available rep the moment it lands, with follow-up and logging handled.

HoursMinutes
  • CRM setup and cleanup
  • Instant lead routing
  • Automatic lead research
  • Database reactivation
02

It runs without you

Before

Contract signed, then you personally created the accounts, sent the documents and chased the missing information.

After

The signature triggers everything - documents, accounts, welcome sequence, internal handoff.

Half a day, every timeZero touches
  • Client onboarding
  • Process automation
  • CV screening and shortlisting
  • AI chatbots and assistants
03

You can see it

Before

You asked someone for the numbers. They pulled them together by hand. You got them three days later, already stale.

After

A dashboard built around how your business works, updating itself. Open it and know where you stand.

Three days lateLive
  • Live dashboards
  • Reporting that arrives
  • AI sales call grading

And together

You get your week back.

Not three services - one outcome. The business stops running on your attention, which means the ten hours a week it currently takes from you stop being your problem.

What changes

Before us, and after us.

If you recognise yourself in the left-hand side of any of these, that's the conversation to have.

Lead response

You already lost them, and you don't know it

Right now

It's Monday. The weekend's enquiries are still sitting there. Some already spoke to whoever answered on Saturday - you'll never find out which, they just go quiet.

After us

The lead goes to whoever is free the second it lands. Follow-up and logging happen without anyone remembering to do them.

HoursMinutes

Booked calls

You cleared your afternoon for nobody

Right now

You blocked the time. You did the research. You sat there. Between a fifth and two-fifths of them never show, and the further out the booking, the worse it gets.

After us

Confirmation the moment they book, reminders at 48 hours, 24 hours and 15 minutes - and when someone still misses, a reschedule link goes out before you've noticed.

20-40% no-showsChased, then rebooked

Client onboarding

They signed. You should be celebrating.

Right now

Instead you're creating accounts, sending documents, and chasing them for information they've already been asked for twice. Every time, for every client.

After us

The signature triggers all of it - documents, accounts, welcome sequence, internal handoff. You send one message, and it says welcome.

Half a day, every timeZero touches

Agency margins

You found out in January

Right now

The extra requests got absorbed, because saying no felt worse than doing them. Nobody logged any of it. Then the year's numbers came in.

After us

Time and deliverables track against the agreed scope. The moment an account crosses it you know - while there's still something you can do about it.

Found out at year endFlagged the same week

Ecommerce

They filled the cart and left

Right now

Seven in ten do. They chose the items, reached checkout, watched the total jump with shipping and fees, and closed the tab. You paid to get every one of them there.

After us

The cart triggers a sequence within the hour: their exact items, the real total, one link back. And the shipping threshold shows up before checkout, not after.

70% abandonedWorked, not written off

Coaching & consulting

You didn't start this to do admin

Right now

Scheduling, invoicing, intake forms, reminders. Roughly an hour and a quarter of every day, on the work between the work - and it's the part you can't hand to anyone.

After us

Booking, invoicing, intake and follow-up all fire on their own. You show up to the session, and that's the whole job.

1.25 hrs a dayBack on your calendar

Recruitment

Half your week, reading CVs

Right now

Eight roles open. You're 12 to 20 hours a week into first-pass screening, and you still haven't spoken to a single candidate.

After us

Every application parsed, scored against the role and ranked. You open a shortlist and start making calls.

12-20 hrs a weekAn afternoon

Paid acquisition

You're paying Meta to find you bad leads

Right now

It optimises on form fills, so it brings you more people who fill in forms. Nobody ever told it which ones turned into money - so it keeps going, with your budget.

After us

Every lead is enriched on arrival and the outcome fed back. The targeting starts learning from who actually pays you.

Agency reporting

The last week of every month

Right now

Someone on your team is rebuilding the same client decks again, pulling the same numbers out of the same four platforms, for the ninth month running.

After us

How We Do It

Getting you out of operations isn't just about automation. It's about simplicity, common sense and executing faster - a structured approach that eliminates friction and multiplies productivity.

01

Discovery Call

Here, we get to meet each other and get to talk briefly about your business and problems you have.

02

Strategy Call

We come back with a clear scope: what gets built, in what order, by when, and what changes in your day once it is live.

03

Implementation

We build and deploy your system with precision, keeping you informed throughout. Post-launch support ensures continuous optimization.

04

Handoff

We train your team and hand over documentation so the system runs confidently without us - with ongoing support if you want it.

Who we are

Three people in Niš. You talk to the one building it.

Most automation fails for the same reason - it gets scoped around a tool instead of the way the business actually runs, then handed over with nobody left who understands it.

We build CRM systems, automations and internal tools for personal brands, agencies and ecommerce businesses, in Serbia and abroad. Vuk is your point of contact from the first call to handoff, and whoever scopes your project builds it.

When it is done it is yours - documented, your team trained on it. Staying on afterwards is an option, not the price of finishing the work.

Questions

The things people ask before getting in touch.

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call.

We already have a CRM and some automations. Why would we need you?

Most businesses we meet have tools. What they don't have is tools that agree with each other. A CRM nobody trusts, six automations built at different times by different people, and a spreadsheet quietly holding the whole thing together isn't a system - it's a pile. We usually spend the first stretch working out what is actually running today, then decide what to keep, what to rebuild and what to switch off.

Why not just hire someone internally?

Hiring makes sense once the system exists and somebody needs to run it. Hiring before it exists means asking one person to invent it and operate it at the same time, usually while learning your business. We work across a lot of different operations, so we have seen which patterns hold up and which quietly fall over six months later. We build it, document it, and hand it to your team so they can own it.

What does it cost?

Every build is scoped and priced as a project, so you get a fixed number before any work starts - not an hourly meter. What moves the price is how much of your operation is in scope and how much of what you already have can be kept. You will have that number, in writing, at the end of the strategy call. If it isn't worth it, that call costs you nothing.

How long does it take?

It depends entirely on scope. A single workflow taken off your plate can be days. Rebuilding a CRM and the processes around it runs to weeks. We give you the timeline together with the scope before you commit to anything, and you get progress updates rather than silence followed by a reveal.

What happens when something breaks after you've gone?

Before handover, everything is documented and your team is trained on it. The point is that you own the system rather than renting it from us. If you would rather we keep an eye on it, ongoing support is available - but it is an option, not a condition of getting the build finished.

Will this disrupt how my team works?

The aim is the opposite. Most of what we remove is the admin your team already resents - copying between tools, chasing information, updating statuses. Adoption is part of the build, not an afterthought: if your team won't use it, it doesn't work, so we train them and pressure-test the system with real work before we call it done.

We're not technical. Is that a problem?

No. You are not expected to know what n8n is, and you will never need to open it. Your job is to explain how your business actually works and where it hurts. Ours is to translate that into something that runs, and then show you how to use it in plain language.

What don't you do?

We don't run your ads, write your content, or sell for you. We build the system those things run on. If a problem is better solved by a tool you can buy off the shelf, we will tell you that rather than build you a more expensive version of it.

Tell us what's slowing you down.

One sentence is genuinely enough. We'll work out the rest on the call.

  • 01

    We call you

Usually within the hour during working hours. Not a form response three days later - an actual call.

  • 02

We tell you what we'd build

On that call, not after a discovery process. If we can't help, we say so and point you somewhere better.

  • 03

    You get a fixed price

One number for the whole project, before you commit to anything.

We use your details to get back to you about this enquiry, nothing else.
